ROAD RANGERS - The Blueshirts earned their 25th win of the season to cap off the back- to-back set. New York has won six of its last eight games and has earned points in eight of its last nine games (6-1-2). On the road, the Rangers have now earned a point in nine of their last 10 contests (7-1-2) and 16 of their last 19 games (13-3-3) away from home.
OFFENSIVE DEFENSEMEN - With K'Andre Miller and Adam Fox having 25-plus points, the Rangers are one of three teams in the NHL (TBL, FLA) with multiple defensemen with 25 or more points. New York's 112 points by defensemen this season are the third most in the NHL.

  • Mika Zibanejad scored his 20th goal of the season, becoming the sixth Ranger in franchise history to record 20-plus goals in six-straight seasons. Others: Jean Ratelle (8), Andy Bathgate (7), Vic Hadfield (7), Rod Gilbert (7), Bryan Hextall Sr. (6).
    - K'Andre Miller recorded a point in a seventh-straight game (3G-6A). In the past 35 years, only two other Rangers defensemen have recorded a streak this long before turning age 23- Neal Pionk in 2017-18 (7 GP) and Brian Leetch in 1991-92 (7 GP;2x) and 1988-89 (7 GP).
    - Adam Fox registered his 20th road assist of the season, the second most in the NHL. Fox has points in seven of his last eight games (2G-8A) and in 14 of his last 21 games (3G-17A).
    - Kaapo Kakko posted his fourth multi-point game of the season (2A), giving him 20 points (9G-11A) on the season. It is the first time since his rookie season (23 PTS - 2019-20) that he's recorded 20-plus points in a season.
    - Jaroslav Halak earned his fourth-straight win and has won five of his last six starts. Halak has allowed one goal in back-to-back starts.
    - Filip Chytilnotched an assist, establishing his single-season career-high in points with 24 (12G-12A). Chytil has points in five of his last seven games (4G-3A).
    - Barclay Goodrow scored his first career power play and recorded his fifth multi-point game of the season (1G-1A).
    - Vincent Trocheck skated in his 600th career game tonight. The only players on the Rangers' current roster to have played in more career contests are Mika Zibanejad (730 GP), Chris Kreider (696 GP) and Jacob Trouba (642 GP).
    - Vitali Kravtsov scored his third goal of the season and notched a team-high and career- high five shots on goal.
