November 7, 1975
Rangers acquired Phil Esposito with Carol Vadnais from the Boston Bruins for Brad Park, Jean Ratelle and Joe Zanussi.

July 29, 1986
Rangers acquired Kelly Kisio from the Detroit Red Wings with Lane Lambert, Jim Leavins and a 1988 3rd round draft choice for Glen Hanlon, a 1987 3rd round draft choice, a 1988 3rd round draft choice and future considerations.

September 30, 1987
