Adam Graves, Brian Mullen Play in Sports Legends Doubles Tennis Challenge

New York sports greats Earl "The Pearl" Monroe, Walt "Clyde" Frazier, Adam Graves and Brian Mullen will serve it up in a legends tennis challenge hosted by tennis analyst and US Open commentator Mary Carillo at 5:30PM on Thursday, September 8 at the World Financial Center.
In continuing with the American Express 2005 Summer of ACES Program, the legends match will include an ACES service challenge to help raise funds for the American Red Cross' Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. The ACES program has already raised more than $150,000 for the USTA Tennis and Education Foundation's "Aces for Kids" initiative. For the remainder of the US Open, for every ACE served in Arthur Ashe stadium, American Express will donate $100 to the hurricane relief efforts, in addition to the $1 million corporate donation American Express announced last week.
American Express is bringing the excitement and experience of the US Open live to the heart of Manhattan at two satellite viewing sites from Saturday, September 3 through Sunday, September 11.The legends match is one of many events taking place during American Express presents US Open Live at Madison Square Park and the World Financial Center.
