'24/7' Episode 2 set to air Wednesday

HBO Sports’ "24/7 FLYERS/RANGERS: ROAD TO THE NHL WINTER CLASSIC" made its debut on Dec. 14 and will continue with Episode 2, which premieres next Wednesday.

Episode 2 will focus on how the Rangers handle hitting the road for games against St. Louis, Phoenix and New Jersey. On the Flyers side, the show will see how a Flyers team weakened by injuries fares against the defending Stanley Cup champion Boston Bruins.

The build-up and excitement surrounding the Rangers-Flyers rivalry reaches its apex when they meet in the fifth edition of the NHL’s annual outdoor game – 2012 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic on Jan. 2 at Citizens Bank Park™ in Philadelphia.

Episode 3 of "24/7 FLYERS/RANGERS: ROAD TO THE NHL WINTER CLASSIC" will debut Wednesday Dec. 28 at 10:00 p.m., with an immediate encore at 11:00 p.m. The series finale debuts Thursday, Jan. 5 at 10:00 p.m. (with an encore at 11:00 p.m.) three days after the Classic, with cameras tracking all the drama and excitement surrounding the Flyers and Rangers on game day.

All four episodes have multiple replay dates on HBO, and the series will also be available on HBO On Demand®.
