Meet the Instructors.

Shannon Doyle is a member of the Connecticut Whale NWHL team. She played hockey at Colgate and Boston University. At BU, she was part of the team that made it to the NCAA Championship game. She was also a member of the Gold medal winning Team Canada at the U18 IIHP World Championship. With the Connecticut Whale, she finished third in the media balloting for the NWHL Defender of the Year. Shannon is excited to be an instructor for the Junior Rangers first ever Virtual Summer Camp.

Adam Graves is a New York Rangers alumni and two-time Stanley Cup Champion. Throughout his NHL career, Graves amassed 329 goals and 287 assists totaling 616 points. He is currently part of the Rangers Alumni Staff and he looks forward to being part of the first ever Junior Rangers Virtual Summer Camp.

Rich Hansen joined USA Hockey in 2011. He moved to his current role as an ADM regional manager in 2015. Hansen's youth hockey coaching experience includes having assisted as an on-ice instructor at both the 2014 and 2015 USA Hockey Select 16 Player Development Camps. Prior to joining the USA Hockey staff, Hansen played six seasons of professional hockey after completing a four-year collegiate career (2001-05) that landed him among Mercyhurst College's all-time NCAA Division I scoring leaders. The New York native is a Level 4-certified USA Hockey coach.

Amanda Kessel is an Olympic gold medalist and graduate of the University of Minnesota. While at Minnesota, Kessel helped the Gophers win three NCAA Championships. After graduation, she played two seasons with the Metropolitan Riveters NWHL team. In 2018, she won the Gold Medal with Team USA at the Winter Olympics in Sochi. She is currently a full-time member of the USA Women's National Team. Recently, Amanda became a full time Women's Ambassador for the Junior Rangers program.

Kate Leary is a Boston College graduate and member of the Metropolitan Riveters NWHL team. While at BC, she played 149 games, scored 42 goals and had 43 assists. Kate spent two seasons playing in the CWHL, and then transitioned to the Women's Swiss A league where she captured the regular season and championship titles. She is looking forward to being an instructor for the Junior Rangers Virtual Camp.

Brian Mullen is a New York Rangers Alumni who played 11 seasons in the NHL, appeared in 832 career games and recorded 260 goals and 622 points. After retiring from pro hockey, he worked for the NHL front office for eight years and then as a NYR radio color analyst from 2002-04. Brian is part of the Rangers Alumni Staff and is excited to take part in Junior Rangers Virtual Camp.

Saroya Tinker is a graduate of Yale University where she played 122 games for the Bulldogs. She was selected 4th overall by the Metropolitan Riveters in the 2020 NWHL Draft. Saroya won a silver medal at the 2016 U18 World Championship for Team Canada. Soroya looks forward to joining us as an Instructor for the first ever Junior Rangers Virtual Summer Camp.
