- FSN South adds broadcast rights to Sunday, March 30 game at Detroit slated for 2 p.m. -
Nashville, Tenn. (March 20, 2008) – VERSUS, the national cable television home of the National Hockey League, today announced it will televise the game between the Nashville Predators and the St. Louis Blues on April 1 at 6:30 p.m. CDT. The game, originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CDT, will be the second Predators game to be nationally televised this season. As a result, the game will not air on FSN South as previously scheduled.
FSN South, the nation’s largest region sports network who airs 55 Predators games each season, announced it has picked up the broadcast rights to Nashville’s game at the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday, March 30 at 2 p.m. CDT. Each of the Predators’ final seven regular-season games will now be televised, with six of the seven on FSN South.
The Predators (36-30-8) host the Detroit Red Wings (48-20-6) tonight at 7:00 p.m. CT at the Sommet Center. The game is sold out, but will be televised locally on FSN South and broadcast on 104.5 The Zone (WGFX 104.5-FM).
