Already nominated for the Norris Trophy as the League's best defenseman, P.K. Subban could hear his name called twice at the NHL Awards in June.
The Nashville blueliner was named the Predators nominee for the 2018 King Clancy Memorial Trophy, awarded annually "to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community." Subban was nominated by the Predators organization.
While his work at both the Montreal Children's Hospital and Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt has already been well documented during his NHL career, Subban stepped up with a new initiative in the 2017-18 season,
