Predators Head Coach Barry Trotz and players from the 2007-08 Predators team will highlight the ninth Comcast Spotlight Predators Faceoff Luncheon, hosted by the Nashville Sports Council, on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 at the Wildhorse Saloon on 2nd Avenue.
"We always look forward to this event," Trotz said. "Our players and staff enjoy meeting the members of the Nashville Sports Council and talking about our goals and objectives for this hockey season."
Registration for the event opens at 10:30 a.m., and the event runs from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. The event is open to the public, with admission being $35 per person. Admission for Sports Council Silver and Bronze members is $25, while the event is free for Platinum and Gold members.
Those present will have the opportunity to win door prizes, including Predators memorabilia and two round-trip Southwest Airlines tickets.
The Nashville Sports Council is a private, not-for-profit, membership-based organization of area corporations and individual sports enthusiasts. Created in 1992, the Nashville Sports Council's mission is to positively impact the economy and quality of life of the Greater Nashville Area by attracting and promoting professional and amateur sports.
