The Nashville Predators won three out of four games in a milestone-filled week that saw Colton Sissons skate in his 500th NHL game, Cole Smith score his first career NHL goal and much more.
The Preds will look to extend their three-game home win streak into next week with two more games at Bridgestone Arena before the All-Star break. In the meantime, here's a look back at some of the highlights of the last week.

The Voice of the Preds Returns

Just five days after undergoing a ventriculoperitoneal shunt procedure - yes, actual brain surgery - Pete Weber was back in the radio booth at Bridgestone Arena calling the Preds' Saturday night game against the Buffalo Sabres on Jan. 14.
Despite a loss to Buffalo, Preds players were overjoyed to learn of the iconic broadcaster's return to the airwaves and eager to talk about his significance to the franchise. Click

NHL Plans Another Smashville Party

On Wednesday, NHL Chief Content Officer Steve Mayer arrived in Nashville for the first of many planning meetings that will happen between now and late June, when the Predators will host the 2023 NHL Awards and Draft.
"It's a great place to do an event and it's a great organization for us to work with," Mayer said. "We just finish each other's sentences and we get each other. We want to share the love with all of our brothers and sisters around the League, but when it comes to doing something unique like this, there's no better place for us to try it out than Nashville."
While specific details surrounding the two events are still to be determined, the Preds have already nailed down some great perks for Smashville's biggest fans. For more information, click

Milwaukee Admirals Update

After the Admirals' 2-1 loss to the Springfield Thunderbirds on Wednesday, they traveled over to Iowa to face the Wild. In the first of two back-to-back games, Milwaukee lost in overtime by a score of 3-2. In Saturday night's game, they were able to snap their four-game losing streak with a 4-3 win in a shootout.
Luke Evangelista leads Milwaukee's skaters in points with 30 (8g-22a). Kiefer Sherwood leads the team in goals with 15 (15g-11a), placing him in the Top 25 among all AHL skaters in that category. The Admirals (22-14-1) are currently second in the Central Division with 47 points, four points behind first-place Texas.
