Nashville, Tenn. – Join the Nashville Predators and William Morris Endeavor this Saturday, Dec. 15 at Honky Tonk Central to kick off auditions for the inaugural Smash Hit vocal competition presented by Mid-South Ford Dealers, in conjunction with media partners Fox 17 and WSIX-FM (Big 98).
Ultimately, the Smash Hit champion will be awarded the opportunity to perform as the artist of the night on the Ford Band Stage during a Nashville Predators home game, earn an artist development deal with William Morris Endeavor and studio recording time. WHEN: This Saturday, Dec. 15. Event runs from 1-4 p.m. with auditions beginning at 2 p.m.
NOTES: Those wishing to participate are strongly encouraged to pre-register at nashvillepredators.com/SmashHit, though walk-ups are welcome. Singers should provide their own background music on a CD. Future audition dates are to be determined.
A Preds-themed drink special will be offered. Free parking will be available in Bridgestone Arena’s Sixth Avenue parking garage, located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Demonbreun.
The Nashville Predators Dancers and Ice Girls will also be in attendance from 1-2 p.m. signing copies of their 2013 calendar, available for just $10.
TOYS FOR TOTS: The Nashville Predators will host a Toys for Tots Toy Drive at the inaugural Smash Hit event. Please drop off a new, unwrapped toy or cash donations at Honky Tonk Central from 1-4 p.m.
