Projected Lineup: Predators vs. Jets

Bitetto, Saros Return to Preds Morning Skate, Nashville Looks for Sixth Straight at Home

by Thomas Willis @TomAWillis / Digital Manager & Producer

Defenseman Anthony Bitetto, forward Miikka Salomaki (Injured Reserve) and goaltender Juuse Saros returned to the Nashville Predators morning skate on Friday. The Predators are seeking a sixth consecutive victory at Bridgestone Arena tonight.

For the visitors, however, the road has been unkind. The Jets are losers of four straight away from home and will try to right the ship in part one of the teams' home-and-home series (tonight at 5 p.m. CT). The Preds and Jets will meet again on Sunday at noon at MTS Centre.

Below is a projected lineup for the Preds based on Friday's morning skate:

Forwards

Viktor Arvidsson - Ryan Johansen - James Neal

Filip Forsberg - Mike Ribeiro - Craig Smith

Colin Wilson - Mike Fisher - Pontus Aberg

Colton Sissons - Calle Jarnkrok - Austin Watson

Defense

Roman Josi - Ryan Ellis

Mattias Ekholm - P.K. Subban

Matt Irwin - Yannick Weber

Goaltenders

Pekka Rinne

Juuse Saros

Note: The Predators have not yet announced a starting goalie for tonight
