Vanderbilt Health Projected Lineup: Nashville Starts Back-to-Back Set with Carolina

The first half done, the Predators will welcome a new opponent to Nashville for the second portion of their four-game homestand.
Nashville (2-0-0) won their first two contests of the 2020-21 season, 3-1 and 5-2, over the Columbus Blue Jackets. Tonight (at 7 p.m. CT), they'll face another new Central Division opponent, the Carolina Hurricanes (1-1-0). The Canes split their first two-game set of the season with the Detroit Red Wings. Nashville and Carolina will square off two times in two days tonight and tomorrow.
The Preds assigned
forward Mathieu Olivier to their taxi squad on Sunday. He and winger Yakov Trenin rotated shifts on the fourth line during Monday's morning skate.
