Nashville, Tenn. (December 3, 2009) – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Ryan Jones from Milwaukee (AHL).
Jones, 25 (6/14/84), started the season with Nashville, playing in eight of the club’s first 10 games. He averaged 9:01 and did not register a point. Since being assigned to the Admirals on Oct. 26, the Chatham, Ont., native has posted five points (4g-1a) in 15 games. Jones scored seven goals and 17 points in 46 games as a rookie last season.
The Predators round out a two-game road set tomorrow night at the United Center in Chicago (7:30 p.m., FOX Sports Tennessee), before returning to Nashville for a four-game homestand from Dec. 5-12.
