Nashville, TN - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Saturday that the club has recalled defenseman Adam Pardy from Milwaukee (AHL).
Pardy was signed to a one-year, two-way contract on Wednesday. He has seen action in 13 games for Milwaukee this season, and has recorded five points (2g-3a) and a +1 rating. Pardy has appeared in 338 NHL games and recorded 52 points (4g-48a). He has played in parts of eight seasons with Calgary, Dallas, Buffalo, Winnipeg and Edmonton. The blueliner totaled four points (0g-4a) in 23 contests in 2015-16 with the Jets and Oilers. Pardy has registered a +8 rating and 263 penalty minutes in the League.
The Preds return to action this weekend with two games at Bridgestone Arena. They will take on the New Jersey Devils today at 1:00 p.m. CT, and the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Both games will be televised on FOX Sports Tennessee and can be heard on the Preds flagship radio station, 102.5 The Game.
