Preds Participating in Hall of Trees Holiday Fundraiser

by Staff Writer / Nashville Predators
Hall of Trees, presented by Gaylord Opryland, is a holiday fundraiser designed to raise money for numerous Middle Tennessee charities. Participating organizations sponsor a tree which they decorate and adorn with major prizes relating to their respective charities. The charity trees are auctioned off with 100% of the proceeds from the winning bid going back to the respective charities.

This year, the Nashville Predators Foundation has sponsored a tree for the Hall of Trees fundraiser. The auction items for the Predators tree includes an autographed team jersey, Predators tickets, Predators ornaments and Predators stockings filled with goodies and other autographed memorabilia. The total value for the tree is $2,000 and the bidding starts at $250. The auction will close on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. CST.

Bids may be placed online or in person in the Gaylord Opryland's Ryman B1-3 Exhibit Hall. The trees will be open to the public for viewing beginning November 23 through December 20, 2008.
