Preds Celebrate Winter Olympics with Special Events

Nashville, Tenn. – As the Nashville Predators send Shea Weber (Canada), Roman Josi (Switzerland), Simon Moser (Switzerland), David Poile (GM, USA) and Pete Rogers (Head Equipment Manager, USA) to Sochi, Russia, to participate in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, fans are invited to participate in several special events to celebrate the Games.

WHAT: Olympic Viewing Parties

WHEN: Feb. 13, 6-10 a.m.

             Feb. 15, 6-10 a.m.

             Feb. 21, 6-10 a.m. and 3-7 p.m.

             Feb. 22, time TBD

WHERE: Tavern ’96 (Enter on Demonbreun next to Bridgestone Arena’s Nissan SoBro entrance)

NOTES: Fans are invited to check out Downtown Nashville’s newest hot spot, Tavern ’96, while watching Olympic hockey live with fellow residents of Smashville. Tavern ’96 will feature a special breakfast menu for all morning viewing parties.

WHAT: Nashville Predators Open Practice and Season Ticket Holder Autograph Signing

WHEN: Feb. 20, noon – Open to ALL fans

             Feb. 21, 4 p.m. – Season-Ticket Holders ONLY

             Feb. 23, noon – Season-Ticket Holders ONLY, autograph signing will follow at 2 p.m.

WHERE: Bridgestone Arena

NOTES: Winter Wonderland in the Bridgestone Arena Rehearsal Hall begins at 6 p.m. on Feb. 20 and 21 following the open practices.
