Preds and Martha O'Bryan Center Host Baby Supply Drive Tonight

WHAT:The Nashville Predators and Martha O’Bryan Center will be collecting baby supplies at tonight's game vs. the Chicago Blackhawks. Diapers and formula are in huge need. All donations will benefit Martha O’Bryan Center.

WHEN:Tonight. Thursday, October 15, 2009 vs. Chicago Blackhawks. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Game starts at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE:Sommet Center entrances

Martha O’Bryan is a community resource center that provides holistic, creative and replicable solutions to support families and address intergenerational poverty. It is located in the center of James A. Cayce Place, where 2000 people are crowded into 720 units on 63 acres of land – Nashville’s largest and poorest public housing development. Martha O’Bryan draws resources from the people who are in greatest need of services, while providing a framework that puts emphasis on community outreach and collaboration between staff and client. Martha O’Bryan Center utilizes a full partnership with all agents involved (organizers, educators, client, community resources), in forging a more positive future for each person served.
