Predators Recall Goaltender Drew MacIntyre from Milwaukee (AHL)

Nashville, Tenn. (December 6, 2008) – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled goaltender Drew MacIntyre from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

MacIntyre, 25 (6/24/83), has played 17 games for the Admirals this season, posting a 9-5-1 record with a 2.77 goals-against average and a .909 save percentage. The Charlottetown, P.E.I., native has appeared in two NHL games – both with Vancouver in 2007-08 – notching a 2.95 goals-against average and .864 save percentage.

The Predators (13-10-2) play host to the Minnesota Wild (15-9-1) tonight at the Sommet Center.
