Nashville, Tenn. (February 21, 2016) – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Sunday that the club has recalled forward Gabriel Bourque from his Long-Term Injury Loan with Milwaukee (AHL). Bourque will remain on Nashville’s Injured Reserve list.
Bourque, 25 (9/23/90), appeared in two games for the Admirals during his AHL stint, his first games for the club since the 2012-13 season. The Rimouski, Quebec, native has missed the Predators last 37 games after leaving the team’s Nov. 27 game at Philadelphia with an upper-body injury. In 22 NHL games in 2015-16, he has four points (1g-3a).
The Nashville Predators commence a three-game road trip on Monday night when they take on the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre (6:30 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Tennessee; Radio:102.5 The Game). The club plays Toronto on Tuesday (6:30 p.m. CT) and wraps up the trip Thursday night against Chicago (7 p.m. CT).
