Predators Foundation 2008 Unmasked Hollywood Ball presented by Lexus Recap

The Predators Foundation held its annual Gala Ball on Monday, February 25. Over 850 people attended this year's event, themed Hollywood Unmasked Ball. The event raised over $125,000 for the Predators Foundation, which funds educational, social, health and cultural needs of our community by offering unique resources and financial support to local youth-oriented organizations. Highlights of the event included a silent auction. The big winners from the silent auction included a brand new Lexus LX 570, which auctioned for over $45,000, and a road trip with the Predators team to Western Canada, which auctioned for over $7,000.

The main event of the night was an "Oscars-style" Award ceremony. Award winners were:
Best Save…Chris Mason
Best Hit…Jordin Tootoo
Best Assist…J.P. Dumont
Best Goal…Alexander Radulov
Best Dramatic Goal…Martin Erat
Best Slap Shot…Jason Arnott

The highlight award, was the Best Costume, won this year by North America Administrators for their Wizard of Oz costume set.
