Nashville, TN - Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced Friday that the club has activated defenseman P.K. Subban from injured reserve and assigned defenseman Alexandre Carrier to Milwaukee (AHL).
Subban has missed the previous 16 games with an upper-body injury. He has earned 17 points (7g-10a) in 29 games this season, and recently earned captaincy in the 2017 Honda All-Star Game by topping the Central Division in fan votes.
Carrier made his NHL debut on Tuesday at Vancouver. He fired one shot at Calgary last night and was +1 in 9:58 of ice time.

The Preds play the second half of their back-to-back set in Edmonton tonight. The game will be televised at 8:00 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Tennessee and can be heard on the Predators' flagship radio station, 102.5 The Game.
