Nashville, Tenn. (November 8, 2014) – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the team has recalled forward Viktor Stalberg from his conditioning assignment with the American Hockey League’s Milwaukee Admirals.
Stalberg, 28 (1/17/86), posted three points (1g-2a) in four games with the Admirals before being injured in Friday’s 4-0 victory over Grand Rapids. He has returned to Nashville for evaluation by the Predators medical staff. The Gothenburg, Sweden native has zero points and eight penalty minutes in five games for the Predators in 2014-15.
The Nashville Predators return home to Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 11, to take on the Edmonton Oilers (7 p.m. CT), their first home game since departing Oct. 28 for a six-game road trip. During Tuesday's Veteran's Day game, the Preds will honor current servicemembers and veterans with special promotions, including camo jerseys that will be worn by players during warm-ups.
