Nashville, Tenn. – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned forward Calle Jarnkrok to Milwaukee (AHL), who recently clinched its 12th consecutive Calder Cup Playoff berth, the longest active streak in the American Hockey League.
Jarnkrok, 22 (9/25/91), posted nine points (2g-7a) in in his first 12 NHL games with the Predators in 2013-14, including a point in each of his first five career contests, and three points (1g-2a) in Nashville’s regular-season finale, a 7-3 win at Minnesota. The Gavle, Sweden native has posted 43 points (18g-25a) in 62 games during his first full season in North America split between Milwaukee and Grand Rapids, including seven points (5g-2a) in five games with the Admirals.
