Beginning on Friday, FOX Sports South will debut DRIVEN: 2013 NHL Draft, The South is on the Clock, which gives hockey fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look as the Nashville Predators prepared for the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
FOX Sports South cameras were behind-the-scenes during Predators scouting and management meetings for more than a month leading up to the NHL Draft on June 30 in Newark, N.J. The series begins as crews first travel to the NHL Combine in Toronto, taking viewers inside private meetings with Assistant General Manager Paul Fenton, Chief Amateur Scout Jeff Kealty and all of the top prospects.
Once the Preds arrived in New York City, fans receive unique insights as general managers and scouts finalize their strategies and set their final draft boards. The journey continues as the cameras get exclusive access to the draft floor and the top prospects, capturing the strategy and emotion as the draft unfolds.
