by Press Release / Nashville Predators

Nashville, Tenn. (April 16, 2015) – The Nashville Predators Foundation and DEX Imaging and Mailing, official corporate partner of the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena, teamed up again this season for the DEX Score and Win program, an annual initiative that rewards goals and wins by the Nashville Predators while lending financial support to area charitable and community service organizations.

“The DEX Score and Win Program continues to be a great success for the Predators and the charities it impacts each season,” Senior Director of Community Relations Rebecca King said. “We were able to raise $31,250 this year, surpassing last year’s total, which goes towards helping several organizations throughout our community that rely on these types of donations. We are proud that our players and DEX continue to support this initiative and we look forward to another successful season in 2015-16.”

Players were randomly paired with one of 10 Nashville area charitable or community service organizations for the course of the 2014-15 season. For ever goal scored by a forward or win recorded by a goaltender, DEX contributed $100. The contribution was $150 for goals scored by a defenseman and a $200 bonus was awarded for hat tricks and shutouts. During one of the best seasons in Predators franchise history, the DEX Score and Win program raised $31,250, the most since 2011-12, for organizations that support the community in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

The 2014-15 season marked the 10th consecutive season of the DEX Score and Win program. Through the history of the program, DEX and the Nashville Predators Foundation have partnered to raise more than $288,000, all of which has been distributed to 51 different local charities.

Recipients for the 2014-15 season were:

Boys & Girls Club of Pulaski

JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund)

Lighthouse Christian School

Nurses for Newborns
