This year, participants can race at their own pace. Whether it's a run or walk inside or outside, the only requirement is completing 3.1 miles between Sept. 14 to 20. The Fangtastic Virtual 5K benefits the 365 Pediatric Cancer Fund presented by Twice Daily, which works with Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt to raise funds and awareness for cancer research.
During registration, participants can make an additional donation to Peterson Foundation for Parkinson's, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville, Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, Maple Built, Pencil Foundation or Second Harvest Food Bank.
The $30 registration fee includes the following:
