Now that the win streak has hit double digits, the Nashville Predators will try to make it 11 straight tonight when they host the New Jersey Devils at Bridgestone Arena. It's the second and final meeting of the season between the two clubs; Nashville took a 3-0 decision in New Jersey back in January.
The current win streak became a franchise record when the Preds made it nine in a row earlier this week, and after a 4-2 win over Anaheim on Thursday, Nashville is now tied with Colorado for the longest win streak in the NHL this season.
Preds Captain Roman Josi has missed the past four games with an upper-body injury and remains day-to-day. However, Josi did practice on Wednesday in Nashville and also participated in Thursday's morning skate.

Last Time Out:
Austin Watson ended up with the game-winning goal to give the Preds a season sweep over Anaheim with a 4-2 victory. Craig Smith, Ryan Johansen and Arvidsson also tallied in the win - with Johansen posting a Gordie Howe hat trick (a goal, assist and a fight) - while Pekka Rinne earned his 37th win of the season and has gone 18-1-1 in his last 20 starts.
Viktor Arvidsson has now surpassed P.K. Subban as Nashville's leading scorer with 25 goals and 51 points. Subban sits second with 50 points on the season, followed by Filip Forsberg with 48, and then Johansen and Josi with 44 points apiece. Both Smith and Kevin Fiala have 21 goals each; Forsberg has tallied 18.
The Opposition:
New Jersey has won just once in five tries during the month of March, including a 3-2 loss to Winnipeg on Thursday night. Taylor Hall's remarkable 26-game point streak ended in the defeat against the Jets, but he leads the Devils in scoring by a considerable margin with 30 goals and 74 points. Rookie Nico Hischier has 14 goals and 43 points on the season; Kyle Palmieri has found the back of the net 18 times. Goaltender Cory Schneider is 17-14-6 in net; Keith Kinkaid is 16-9-2.

All-Time Meetings:
The Predators are 12-9-(0)-5 all-time against the Devils, including a 4-5-(0)-4 record at Bridgestone Arena. At home, Nashville has earned a point in six-straight games against New Jersey (3-0-3), and overall, the Preds have picked up at least a point in nine of their last 11 meetings with the Devils dating back to Dec. 17, 2010.
Notables Versus New Jersey:
Roman Josi has tallied six points (3g-3a) in his last five games against the Devils, while Kyle Turris has three goals in his last four games versus New Jersey. P.K. Subban has 14 points (5g-9a) in 20 career meetings with New Jersey, including a pair of three-assist performances.
