Fan Appreciation Weekend Begins Thursday

Nashville, Tenn. - The Nashville Predators begin Fan Appreciation Weekend on Thursday, April 10 when the Predators play host to the Phoenix Coyotes at 7 p.m. CT (FOX Sports Tennessee, 102.5 The Game), designated as the 2013-14 Nashville Predators Fan Appreciation Night. On Friday, April 11, the Preds will host an Open House, giving fans the opportunity to purchase tickets for the upcoming year, tour the Predators locker room and more. The Preds close out their home season on Saturday when they take on Central Division rival Chicago Blackhawks at 7 p.m. CT (NBCSN, Comcast Channel 1607, 102.5 The Game).

•Begins at 5 p.m.

•Doors open at 5 p.m., half an hour early.


•Season-ticket holder “Food Fest” in-arena from 5-6 p.m., season-ticket holders can enjoy free hot dogs, popcorn and Pepsi products.

•Tavern ’96 will be open from 11 a.m.-close.

Nashville Predators vs. Phoenix Coyotes

•All fans will receive a GOLD visor courtesy of Bridgestone.

•Every fan will have the chance to win a jersey “off a player’s back” post-game experience.

•One lucky fan will take home a one night stay, free parking and breakfast for two at the Omni Downtown Nashville.

NOTES: The Nashville Predators Foundation will recognize two special groups during Thursday’s game. In the first period, the Foundation will recognize the participants of this year’s DEX Score and Win program, and in the second period will present checks to four student recipients of the Jack Diller Education Award.

Tickets for Thursday’s game begin as low as $15. Join the Preds for College Night presented by Jack in the Box! With your college ID, fans can receive either an upper bowl ticket for $15 or a lower bowl ticket and a "College" gold shirt for $30. Limited tickets are still available and may be purchased at the Bridgestone Arena Box Office, by visiting or by calling 615-770-7800.

NOTES: Fans attending the Open House can enter Bridgestone Arena through the main doors on the corner of 5th and Broadway. In a SOLD OUT game, the Predators take on Central Division rival Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday at 7 p.m. (NBCSN, 102.5 The Game) in the Preds final home game of the 2013-14 regular season.

During the game, the Nashville Predators Foundation will recognize their 2014 grant recipients. Established in 1998, the Nashville Predators Foundation strives to meet the educational, social, health and cultural needs of our community by offering unique resources and financial support to local youth-oriented organizations. Through several fundraisers held throughout the year, the Predators Foundation has awarded more $3 million to Nashville and Middle Tennessee-area charities and community service organizations since its creation.

Saturday’s game is the last chance to be the big winner in the Best Buddies Golden Giveaway, tickets are $5 and are available from a Best Buddies raffle volunteer or at kiosks around the arena until the end of the second period. The purchaser of the winning raffle ticket, drawn in the third period, will win 50 percent of the net proceeds with the remainder benefiting Best Buddies. Best Buddies is an organization that bridges the social gap by matching individuals with intellectual and development disabilities with a peer volunteer to form a “Buddy Pair.”


For their final game of the season, the Preds travel to the Twin Cities to play the Minnesota Wild at 7 p.m. CT (FOX Sports Tennessee, 102.5 The Game).
