The Nashville Predators Foundation and DEX Imaging and Mailing distributed $18,750 to 10 Middle Tennessee charities on Friday, April 28. The donations came as the result of the DEX Score and Win Program, which was initiated during the 2005-06 season by DEX and the Predators Foundation. Every time a Predator scored a goal or recorded a goaltending win during the regular season, DEX made a donation to the Predators Foundation.

For every goal scored by a forward or a win by a goaltender, DEX contributed $100. The contribution was $150 for goals scored by a defenseman and there was a $200 bonus for hat tricks and shutouts.

"We greatly appreciate that DEX shares our commitment to the community and desire to link contributions to individual achievements," said Predators Senior VP of Communications and Development Gerry Helper. "Now, in addition to the team and fans benefiting from every goal and win, 10 very worthy charities that focus efforts on Middle Tennessee youth, will benefit directly."

"The relationship that DEX and the Predators have extends beyond business in that both organizations have common goals in supporting our local community," said DEX General Manager Mark Blaze. "The Predators Foundation and DEX's commitment to the community mirror each other in this goal and therefore seemed a perfect opportunity to further our partnership."

DEX Imaging and Mailing provides premier office systems and service support in the Southeast and is the Official Office Equipment Provider of the Predators.
