Deadline for 2/20 Loyalty Plan and Season-Ticket Renewals Extended to Thursday
/ Nashville Predators
Nashville, Tenn. (April 21, 2009) – In order to accommodate all interested parties, the Nashville Predators have extended the 2/20 Loyalty Plan deadline for new season-ticket sales and season-ticket renewals to this Thursday, April 23. This unique 2/20 Loyalty Plan freezes season-ticket rates at the 2008-2009 season ticket prices for two years through the 2010-2011 season.
Fans and season ticketholders may also come to the Sommet Center from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Thursday to purchase or renew their season tickets. These fans are invited to an exclusive pizza and soft-drink party hosted by Terry Crisp, Pete Weber, Tom Callahan, Associate Coach Brent Peterson and Assistant Coach Peter Horachek and GNASH.
“We have been extremely pleased with the response we have experienced thus far with renewals and especially the 2/20 Loyalty Plan,” Predators Executive Vice President Chris Parker said. “We feel this is an extremely unique program and hope this extra time will allow more fans to participate.”
The 2/20 Loyalty Plan offer allows fans who purchase the full-season or 23-game plan for the next two seasons, a 20-month interest-free payment option to be drawn directly from a debit or credit account. This plan also holds the line on 2008-2009 season-ticket rates through the 2010-2011 season. Only full-season and 23-game ticket holders are eligible for the 2/20 plan. Fans may still purchase season tickets for the 2009-2010 season only but may be subject to a minimal price increase. With this prize freeze, the Predators will have raised ticket prices only four times in 13 years – with season-ticket prices staying flat eight times and even lowering in the 2005-2006 season. With a two-year commitment to the Nashville Predators, season ticketholders will pay the same price the next two seasons (2009-2010 and 2010-2011) as they paid this past year.
Special 2/20 benefits include: •New Third Jersey – Full Season tickets only - expected to be released in the 2009-2010 season. •A two-year price freeze •Interest-free, 20-month payment plan •Hockey 201 Chalk Talks •Holiday Family-Photo night •Up to a 45 percent discount off the gate rate •Guaranteed seats •Rights to purchase extra tickets during the season •Rights to purchase seats to other Sommet Center events •Food and beverage vouchers •Bonus tickets and exchange nights.
To ensure season-ticket renewals and to take advantage of the 2/20 Loyalty Plan, the extended deadline to respond is this Thursday, April 23, 2009.
