Arena's 15th Anniversary: Hometown Pride

by Staff Writer / Nashville Predators
Every week throughout Bridgestone Arena's Anniversary Season, we will celebrate the Arena's 15 year partnership with the Middle Tennessee community.

15th Anniversary Reflections: Hometown Pride

Bridgestone Arena and the Nashville Predators continually spark hometown pride among Nashvillians, by providing state-of-the-art entertainment options and events right in the heart of downtown. Since its inception, the facility has grown into a perfect complement to the existing music industry infrastructure already in place in the city. For entertainers and fans alike, it has provided a high-capacity entertainment site set alongside smaller-scale honky tonks and up-and-comer live music venues. For industry insiders it has provided a full-sized rehearsal hall and practice venue for tours to hone their act before taking off on the road.

Fact Of The Week:

  • Eight of 2011's top national tours practiced in the Bridgestone Arena Rehearsal Hall prior to heading out cross-country, including Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban. World-renowned Cirque du Soleil also utilized the Rehearsal Hall prior to launch their most recent touring show -- "Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour."
