Nashville is smaller than my hometown, I am from Stockholm so that is a pretty big town, and old. This is a new town. The best part about Nashville is all the country guys around here and everybody is so friendly. I like it a lot. When you were young did you always want to be a hockey player? No, I actually grew up with both soccer and hockey. When I was 15 I had to decide which sport I wanted to play, and I choice hockey. If not I would want to be a soccer player. My speed, I needed to be faster, also I need to make quicker decisions, and of course the smaller ice. It was a big adjustment for me but I feel better this year and last year.

That’s hard to say, I always grew up wanting to play in the NHL. But when I turned 15 or 16 and was with the Jr. National Team in Sweden and I then realize I had a chance. So after that I just tried my best.
Is the level of play in Sweden that much different from the NHL? Also what is the transition from the Admirals (AHL) to the Predators (NHL) like? Submitted by Mike R. in Paduch, KY
Everything goes so much faster here and you have to make quicker decisions. The play is better. There is the same change from the AHL, you have to make quicker decisions.
