Skills & Drills is our Adult Development program. This 6-week program allows players to grow in their skating, shooting, and puck handling skills and more. Each week will focus on a different aspect of the game in order to make each participant a more well-rounded player on the ice.
Full gear is required for the program (No Rental available).
- Week 1: Skating, Edgework, and Footwork Fundamentals
- Week 2: Basic Stickwork
- Week 3: Stick Handling, Puck Work, and Passing
- Week 4: Passing and Shooting
- Week 5: On-Ice Strategy and Positioning
- Week 6: Controlled Scrimmage
