Oliver Wahlstrom Bio

Oliver Wahlstrom blossomed into a regular for the New York Islanders in his rookie season, scoring 21 points (12 goals, nine assists) in 44 games.

The No. 11 pick in the 2018 NHL Draft played two seasons for the USA Hockey National Team Development Program and was an alternate captain for the Under-18 team. He committed to the University of Maine at age 13 before switching to Harvard University and then Boston College. He scored 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists) as a freshman and ended his collegiate career by agreeing to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Islanders on March 28, 2019.
