Paperless Ticketing

In an effort to provide a safe, secure and seamless experience for all fans, PPG Paints Arena is a mobile-only ticket venue. Paper tickets (8 ½ x 11 pdfs) are no longer accepted.

Please note that as a season ticket holder, the Pittsburgh Penguins reserve the right to automatically enroll you in the Paperless Ticketing program. You acknowledge that the Pittsburgh Penguins will not send you paper tickets if you are enrolled in this program.

For gate entry, fans must present a mobile ticket via a smart device to the ticket attendant. To help familiarize fans with mobile ticketing, a dedicated webpage has been created with step by step instructions and a list of frequently asked questions. If you require additional assistance, do not hesitate to contact the Penguins Ticketing Department at 412.642.PENS (7367). For additional season ticket information, please visit
