Paperless Ticketing

The Pittsburgh Penguins are excited to offer the Paperless Ticketing program for season ticket holders. Please note that as a season ticket holder, the Pittsburgh Penguins reserve the right to automatically enroll you in the Paperless Ticketing program. Season ticket holders enrolled in this program will receive a credit card sized pass loaded with their entire 2019.20 season.

To gain entry into each game, season ticket holders simply scan their personalized card at the gate. You acknowledge that the Pittsburgh Penguins will not send you paper tickets if you are enrolled in this program. 

To help familiarize fans with the paperless ticketing program, we have provided the terms and conditions below and a list of frequently asked questions. Terms and Conditions

DESPITE ENHANCED SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, PUCKS STILL MAY FLY INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA. SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUP AND AFTER the PLAY STOPS. IF STRUCK, IMMEDIATELY ASK USHER FOR DIRECTIONS TO MEDICAL STATION. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event including specifically (but not exclusively) THE DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY HOCKEY PUCKS AND STICKS, OTHER SPECTATORS OR PLAYERS, OR BY THROWN OBJECTS. The holder agrees that the arena, the league, its officers and employees, the participating clubs, their officers, players, employees and agents are expressly released by the holder from claims arising from such causes. BY USE OF THIS TICKET the HOLDER AGREES: 1) to a reasonable search for alcohol, drugs or other prohibited items; 2) not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, video, audio or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued; 3) to grant permission to the NHL, Member Clubs and their agents to utilize the holder's image or likeness in any recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event for which this ticket is issued.

The resale of this ticket at a premium is prohibited by law. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Pittsburgh Penguins, its authorized agents or the arena box office may be lost or stolen and may not be honored.

Management reserves the right to refuse the admission or to eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming. Bottles, cans, flasks, alcoholic beverages, laptops and cameras with a detachable lens longer than three inches are prohibited inside this facility. Violators will be ejected from the premises.

Frequently Asked Questions

 Season ticket holders enrolled in paperless ticketing will receive one (1) card for each seat in their account. 

Via your smartphone web browser, visit www.pittsburghpenguins.com/myaccount. On the welcome screen, your next available game will appear. You can then view, forward or resell. Fans can also access Account Manager via the Penguins app. Simply select 'Tickets' then 'Manage My Tickets'.

If you have a seating partner (friend/spouse/child) that attends most games with you, we encourage you to arrive together and enter through the same gate. If arriving separately, please be sure to transfer the appropriate seat to them through Account Manager prior to each game. If they accept the transfer via a smartphone, a QR code will be provided for gate entry. 

Yes, Penguins partners have been alerted that seat locator receipts are valid tickets and should be treated as such.

If a card is lost, a replacement card will be provided.

Yes, season ticket holders can request printed tickets for a specific regular season game through the Penguins Ticketing Department or Box Office. There is no fee for this service IF enrolled in Paperless ticketing. 

Yes, season ticket holders participating in the paperless ticketing program will continue to be eligible for player ticket deliveries.

With mobile ticketing, a card is not required! In addition, both season ticket holders and transferred ticket recipients have access to this free service! This is a great option if you left your card at home! Simply log into Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone or the Penguins app to view your tickets prior to entering PPG Paints Arena. The gate attendant will scan the QR code on your mobile phone and print a seat locator receipt. Apple Wallet integration is also available if you are using an iPhone. Apple Wallet allows you to store your seat QR code offline for future use!
