How long have you been following the Pens and how did you become a fan?
During my first deployment in 1992, my friend brought along a hockey game for my Sega Genesis. He was a big Wings fan and I knew nothing about hockey. The only team I could beat him with was the Penguins. I learned the rules and players from this game and really enjoyed it. I transferred from that ship to submarine school where my roommate was another Wings fan (who HATED Lemieux). Every time I scored I would yell ''MARI-OOOOO'' in an Ethel Merman voice that drove him crazy. That is how I became a Pens fan.

Who is your favorite Penguins player (past or present)?
Mario Lemieux

Tell us about your favorite Penguins memory.
After my wife and I got married in CT we drove to visit my family in South Dakota. On the way back, we stopped in Pittsburgh to see our first Penguins game in person at the Igloo. The Pens won in overtime.

On game day I usually...
Put on a jersey and watch by myself...I get pretty intense during the games. Even the cat doesn't like being around me (I tend to yell).

Congratulations, Scott!
