This weekend the Pittsburgh Penguins will compete in the rookie tournament in London, Ontario against prospects from the Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Pittsburgh opens the tournament this afternoon against the Canadiens at 3:35 p.m. at Budweiser Gardens.

Pittsburgh also plays on Saturday against Ottawa at 3:35 p.m. before finishing with a meeting against Toronto on Sunday at 4:35 p.m.
This year the Penguins have invited 23 players (13 forwards; 8 defensemen; 2 goaltenders) to the rookie tournament. The roster has changed slightly since originally announced, as forward Oskar Sundqvist will miss the tournament. Sundqvist has been replaced by Pat Megannety.

This year's rookie tournament roster is headlined by four players who traveled with the Penguins as members of the 'Black Aces' taxi squad during the playoffs: Josh Archibald , Jean-Sebastien Dea and Dominik Simon , and goaltender Tristan Jarry .
Forward Thomas Di Pauli , who signed with Pittsburgh on August 19, will make his first appearance in a Penguins sweater at the tournament, as will a pair of blueliners, Lukas Bengtsson and Ethan Prow, who signed with Pittsburgh in the spring.
Two Penguins' draft picks who will be playing their first full professional season this year, forwards Jake Guentzel and Teddy Blueger, will suit up for the first time at the rookie tournament.
