PENS GO WITH TWO-DEFENSEMEN LOOK ON PP
During Monday’s morning skate, Penguins winger James Neal - who led the NHL with 18 power-play goals during the 2011-12 season and tied for second on the team with 11 this year - was practicing with the second unit.
That’s because the Penguins appear to be going with a two-defensemen on the points, at least to start tonight’s Game 3, against this Columbus team and Neal is the odd-man out. The Penguins have been giving up far too many glorious shorthanded opportunities to the Blue Jackets, who play a challenging, fast and aggressive style when they are down a man.
Neal understands the move to the second power-play unit.
“We gave up too many shorthanded chances and you can’t be doing that in the playoffs,” he said. “We’ve got a lot of guys that can play on the first unit and it’s a different look, but we’re going to go with it and hopefully we can be successful."Full story here

MORNING SKATE INFO
All the Pens healthy players are at the morning skate, including recently recalled Chris Conner. Forwards Brian Gibbons (day-to-day) and Marcel Goc (foot) are not on the ice. It seems unlikely Gibbons will play tonight after suffering an undisclosed injury in the first period of Game 2.
Judging from the morning skate rushes, it appears that Bennett will move to the first line with Crosby and Kunitz. The team will insert either Pyatt or Megna on the fourth line.
Here is the team's workflow...
PP1: Niskanen-Martin at points. Crosby, Malkin, Kunitz down low.
PP2: Letang-Maatta at points. Neal, Jokinen, Stempniak down low.--Sam Kasan

Stick tap: Pens PR
The Pens unveiled a new video open for the playoffs, and it is sweet. I played the song - a 300 remix of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" - before Game 2. But now we have the actual video itself. So kick back, watch this and enjoy. --Sam Kasan
