Penguins Re-Assign Forward Jason Williams to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned forward Jason Williams to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.
Williams, 31, was recalled by Pittsburgh on Friday afternoon, but did not dress against Montreal that evening. He has appeared in seven NHL games this season for the Penguins, tallying one goal and one assist while averaging 10:22 minutes per game.
Williams has spent the majority of the season with season with WBS, ranking second on the team with 19 assists and fifth with 23 points in 28 games.
