Penguins Re-Assign Forward Adam Payerl to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned forward Adam Payerl to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League (AHL) on a conditioning assignment, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.

Payerl, 23, played in two games with Pittsburgh, including his NHL debut on April 6 at Colorado when he collected three shots and four hits in 9:33 minutes. Payerl has nine points (3G-6A) in 38 games with WBS this year.
