Penguins Raise More Than $34,000 for Haiti Earthquake Relief

The Pittsburgh Penguins raised more than $34,000 for Haiti earthquake relief at Thursday’s game against the  Washington Capitals at Mellon Arena. The money will be donated to the American Red Cross.


Penguins fans donated $17,309 as they entered the arena, and the Penguins organization immediately matched that contribution, for a total of more than $34,600.
