FIRST PERIOD

7:02 PM: The Pens' lines now that Kunitz is out:

Conner-Staal-Cooke
Dupuis-Jeffrey-Kennedy
Rupp-Talbot-Wallace
Tangradi-Adams-Godard

Orpik-Letang
Maritn-Michalek
Goligoski-Lovejoy

Fleury gets the nod between the pipes.

6:57 PM: The Penguins just announced that Kunitz has a lower-body injury and is day-to-day.

6:52 PM: Note - Chris Kunitz did not skate during the Penguins' pre-game warmup although he did participate in their morning skate. Stay posted for updates.

6:45 PM: The Penguins are preparing to face off with Columbus for the second time this season. This is the first of two-straight home games against Western Conference opponents, as Pittsburgh faces off with Los Angeles on Thursday here at CONSOL Energy Center.

Pittsburgh may have fallen to Washington on Sunday, but prior to that the Penguins had won five in a row. Part of that is due to the playoff mentality of Pittsburgh's WBS call-ups, who have helped keep the Penguins in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
