Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry has been named the NHL's Second Star for the week ending November 28, it was announced today.

Over the past week, Jarry recorded three wins and one shutout in three starts against the Winnipeg Jets, Vancouver Canucks and New York Islanders. Since the beginning of the week on Nov. 22, Jarry's three wins, .978 save percentage, 0.67 goals-against average and two goals against all lead the league (min. 2 GP).
In the last week, Jarry stopped 93 of 95 shots, including all 25 Islanders' shots on Nov. 26 in his third shutout of the season, which ties his career high shutout total originally recorded in 33 games in 2019-20. Jarry's three shutouts this season came in a five-game span between Nov. 18-26, including back-to-back shutouts on Nov. 18 and 20. He has only allowed two goals in that five-game span, stopping 141 of 143 shots faced.
This season, Jarry ranks in the top-10 in wins (T-6th, 10), save percentage (3rd, .936), goals-against average (3rd, 1.91), shutouts (T-2nd, 3) and saves (5th, 484).
Jarry is currently riding a five-game winning streak heading into tonight's game in Calgary against the Flames at 9:00 PM ET. Jarry is 3-0-1 with a 1.94 goals-against average and .943 save percentage in four career starts versus the Flames. His .943 save percentage is his best versus any one team (min. 3 starts).
