Jeffrey Is OHL Player Of The Week

The Ontario Hockey League announced that Dustin Jeffrey of the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds is the Boston Pizza OHL Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 17 after scoring two goals and adding seven assists for nine points in three games.



Jeffrey, a 2007 Pittsburgh Penguins draft choice, started the week with three assists in a 7-3 win over the Sudbury Wolves, added a pair of helpers in an 8-1 win over the Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors and finished the week with two goals and two assists and was the first star in a 6-3 win over the Sarnia Sting.

Jeffrey, a 19-year-old native of Courtright, ON, has 24 goals and 50 assists for 74 points in 45 games with the Greyhounds this season. He also won Boston Pizza OHL Player of the Week honors in October.
