WHAT TO WATCH FOR:

The Pens return to the site where they won the 2016 Stanley Cup championship … On June 12th, Pittsburgh defeated San Jose, 3-1, in Game 6 at the SAP Center to win its fourth Cup title … The Pens won the rematch, 3-2, last month in Pittsburgh on Oct. 20 … Sidney Crosby enters the game on a 5-game scoring streak (6G-2A) … Conor Sheary returns to the lineup after missing the previous 7 with an eye injury … Goaltender Matt Murray will start in goal.

MORNING SKATE REPORT:

*The Pens had full participation at their morning skate.

*Conor Sheary, who will play tonight, took a regular rush on the fourth line and took reps with the second power-play unit. He's missed the past seven games after taking a high stick. Sheary is wearing a full-face shield.
