WHAT TO WATCH FOR:

The Pens and Rangers meet for the second half of a home-and-home series. New York triumphed in Pittsburgh, 5-2, on Monday night at PPG Paints Arena … New York holds a 4-point advantage in the Metro Division standings over Pittsburgh … Pens rookie Jake Guentzel had an electric NHL debut by scoring 2 goals in the first period against the Rangers, including a tally on his first shot and shift … Phil Kessel recorded assists on both Pittsburgh goals in the loss, giving him a team-best 14 on the year. Kessel's 14 helpers rank 2nd (tied) in the entire NHL, just 1 behind leader Connor McDavid … The Pens are expected to change their defensive pairings with Olli Maatta skating with Kris Letang and Trevor Daley working with Brian Dumoulin ...
