The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned four players to their junior teams, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.

Three players returned to teams in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League - forward Jan Drozg (Shawinigan Cataractes), defenseman Zachary Lauzon (Rouyn-Noranda Huskies) and goaltender Alex D'Orio (Saint John Sea Dogs). Defenseman Connor Hall has been returned to the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League.
Pittsburgh's training camp roster now has 55 players (33 forwards; 17 defensemen; 5 goalies).

The Penguins play their first preseason game on Tuesday, September 20 against the Buffalo Sabres at Pegula Ice Arena on Penn State University's campus. Puck drop is 7:00 PM and the game can be heard on the Penguins' official flagship radio station, 105.9 The X. Josh Getzoff and Phil Bourque will have the call.
