While right winger Sebastian Collberg's stats during his time with Frolunda in the Elitserien aren’t eye popping, don't be fooled. This young Swede can light the lamp. In 2011, Collberg prospered for his Frolunda Jr. team, posting 44 points (21G-23A) in 35 games. But when he was promoted to Frolunda for the 2011-12 season, Collberg played sparingly. One scout explained to The Hockey News that Frolunda is in "a tough organization" and "they have a tendency not to play their young guns." Collberg excelled though in international play, finishing second on Team Sweden’s roster with seven points (4G-3A) to help the Swedes win their first World Junior Championship in 31 years. The Swedish right winger was also a key contributor to Team Sweden’s gold medal at the 2011-12 Five Nations Tournament in Finland.

"(Collberg) plays with an extremely short stick, which helps his play makings skills and he's surprisingly able to get enough torque on his shot to handcuff goalies. A crisp and swift skater, he gets the most out of his stride as his speed, balance, and diagonal cuts are all above average… Collberg is also an accomplished defensive player, as he does not hesitate to retreat back into his own zone and makes clever plays to foil the opposition into setting up."
