Below please view general questions and questions specific to the type of membership or purchase you hold.

General Questions

The remaining six Panthers home games have been officially cancelled. However, the National Hockey League announced a Return To Play Plan for the 2019-20 season, highlighted by a modified competitive format in which 24 teams will return to play and vie for the Stanley Cup in two "hub" cities beginning later this summer.

The status of upcoming events currently scheduled at the BB&T Center will be determined on a case-by-case basis, with communication being sent by email to ticket holders of each event. Please continue to check back to www.TheBBTCenter.com for updates.

Territory Member (Full or Half Season Ticket Purchase)

Territory Members may elect to roll over the value of the remaining home games from your 2019-20 season ticket plan as an account credit towards the 2020-21 season and receive a 10% incentive, for the value of games rolled over, in the form of Cats CA$H for the 2020-21 regular season by the June 26, 2020 deadline. Cats CA$H can be used for additional Panthers tickets, food & beverage at BB&T Center Concessions, and merchandise in Pantherland. For all Territory Member accounts that elect to roll over credit to the 2020-21 season, the Florida Panthers will donate 4 tickets (limited to 4 tickets per account) to Baptist Health care providers and support teams for a 2020-21 home game, sponsored in the name of the Territory Member. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

If you have paid in full for the 2020-21 season, you may roll over the value of the remaining home games from your 2019-20 season ticket plan as an account credit towards the 2020-21 season and receive a 10% incentive, for the value of games rolled over, in the form of Cats CA$H for the 2020-21 regular season. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

If you are already set up on a payment plan for your 2020-21 Territory Membership, the value of the cancelled home games from your 2019-20 season ticket plan have been automatically applied towards your 2020-21 Territory Membership beginning with the May 15th installment and any subsequent installments it may further cover. By automatically applying this credit, you will receive a 10% incentive, for the value of games rolled over, in the form of Cats CA$H for the 2020-21 regular season.

The credit was automatically applied before the May 15th installment, there is no action needed on your part!

Yes, you can use the credit from the cancelled games of your 2019-20 season ticket plan as a credit towards your 2020-21 Territory Membership renewal and receive a 10% incentive, for the value of games rolled over, in the form of Cats CA$H to use during the 2020-21 regular season. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

Your 2019-20 credit includes the total variable value of all tickets and parking (if applicable) that you have previously purchased for games that have been cancelled at BB&T Center between March 14th and April 4th, 2020. As a reminder, individual game tickets within your 2019-20 season ticket plan are variably priced by game category. Please note this balance does not include ticket value tied to any impacted games that have been resold via NHL Ticket Exchange. In the event the impacted games are cancelled, separate communication will be distributed regarding the options for those tickets at that time.

Yes, the Florida Panthers have extended the current Renewal Deadline of March 21, 2020 for Territory Members to June 26, 2020 to receive the 2% incentive for Cats CA$H. Our "30 Days of Giveaways" program that was paused as of March 13, will resume on June 18 to award the last remaining 7 prizes.

Your remaining 2019-20 Cats CA$H can currently be used for merchandise purchases at Pantherland by visting FloridaPanthers.com/pantherland. If you renew your membership for 2020-21, any outstanding 2019-20 Cats CA$H balance will roll over to the 2020-21 regular season. Should you not renew your 2020-21 Territory Membership, the deadline to redeem the remaining balance of your 2019-20 Cats CA$H at Pantherland will be Friday, June 26.

Yes, you may roll over the amount paid for any 2019-20 additional tickets towards the 2020-21 season and receive a 10% ticket credit to be applied to any 2020-21 ticket product including your Territory Membership renewal. (For example, if your total ticket purchase for additional single game tickets in 2019-20 was $500, you will receive $550 in account credit to be rolled over to the 2020-21 regular season). Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

For all Territory Members that elect to roll over credit to the 2020-21 season by June 26, 2020, the Florida Panthers will donate 4 tickets to be sponsored in the member (or purchaser) name to Baptist Health care providers and support teams. Limited to 4 tickets per account.

Yes, a refund option is available until June 26, 2020. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

We will be in touch as soon as possible regarding the NHL's decision on the 2020 postseason. At this time, the rollover of credit only applies to regular season games impacted by COVID-19.

Nightly Suite Purchase

You may elect to use the account credit from your purchase towards the purchase of a nightly suite during the 2020-21 regular season and receive 10% of this account credit in the form of Food & Beverage Credit for the nightly suite next season. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

Once you elect to rollover your account credit towards a suite for 2020-21 regular season, 10% of your purchase will automatically be added to your account for you to easily redeem during the game with your suite attendant.

For all nightly suite purchasers that elect to roll over credit to the 2020-21 season by June 26, 2020, the Florida Panthers will donate 4 tickets to be sponsored in the member (or purchaser) name to Baptist Health care providers and support teams. Limited to 4 tickets per account.

Group Ticket Purchase

Yes, the bonus ticket credit of an additional 10% will be applied towards the total of each game you had a group booked. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

It can be applied towards any 2020-21 Full or Half Season Territory Membership, Flex Plan, Group outing, or Nightly Suite rental. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

Yes. You can use the total purchase credit and bonus ticket credit (if selected prior to June 26, 2020) towards multiple smaller groups, an upgraded seating area, or explore a Flex Plan, Half Season, or Full Season Territory Membership.

Flex Plan Purchase

Yes, the bonus ticket credit of an additional 10% of the remaining ticket value, will be applied towards the total of each game you had booked as part of your Flex Plan that fell during the last 6 games of the regular season. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

It can be applied to any 2020-21 Full or Half Season Territory Membership, Flex Plan, Group outing, or Nightly Suite rental. Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.

You will be able to select your games and seat locations before the 2020-21 Flex Plans are released for general public on-sale.

Single Game Purchase

Yes, if you purchased directly from the Florida Panthers (i.e. Territory Member additional ticket purchase) you may roll over the amount paid for any 2019-20 single game tickets towards the 2020-21 season and receive a 10% ticket credit to be applied to any 2020-21 ticket product including your Territory Membership renewal. (For example, if your total ticket purchase for additional single game tickets in 2019-20 was $500, you will receive $550 in account credit to be rolled over to the 2020-21 regular season). Should we not receive your response by the June 26 deadline, the value of cancelled games will be automatically rolled over to an account credit for the 2020-21 season and will not be eligible for the 10% incentive; refund requests will not be accepted after June 26.
