Weekly Round-up Oct. 13

by Mike Lewis / Florida Panthers

Panthers Week Preview

With two Atlantic Division matchups on Monday and Friday followed by an Eastern Conference showdown on Saturday, the Panthers are set for an important week of hockey as they look to move past a 5-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils.

"We play too many games to worry about yesterday's game", said Panthers coach Gerard Gallant about the team's loss to the Devils.

"We've got to come ready to play every night. We played real hard the first night (against the Tampa Bay Lightning) and showed what we can do."

The Panthers take on three teams this week including back-to-back weekend games on the road as the Panthers begin the first half of a four-game road trip this weekend.
